Legal Student

Are you a law (stud.jur.) or commercial law student (stud.mer.jur.) looking to apply your legal and organizational skills in a fast-growing renewable energy company?  At Copenhagen Energy, we accelerate the global transition to sustainable energy. We are looking for a Legal Student to join our Legal team and gain hands-on experience with both operational and advisory legal work.

The Opportunity 

Step into a dynamic role within Copenhagen Energy’s Legal Department. You will contribute to our global operations across the Copenhagen Energy Group, including power and algorithmic trading (Copenhagen Energy Trading) and renewable energy projects in onshore wind, solar PV, and battery storage. 
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will work on key legal and commercial matters and collaborate with external advisors, partners, and public authorities to ensure sound legal processes across the organization. 
This position carries a high level of responsibility and requires you to operate autonomously across both large-scale projects and day-to-day legal matters. You will be working independently and expected to structure and prioritize your workload effectively, managing multiple assignments simultaneously. Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and attention to detail are critical to maintaining the legal integrity of our operations. Equally important is your ability to communicate legal insights clearly and effectively when collaborating across teams within the organization. 
In addition to daily tasks, you will have the opportunity to improve and streamline legal processes in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
